Refund Policy

At DigitalCodePro, customer satisfaction is our priority. We recognize that sometimes issues arise that may warrant a refund. Please read our refund policy below to understand the terms, conditions, and procedures for requesting a refund.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of your original purchase date, provided that one of the following conditions applies:

  • The delivered service or digital product was not as described in your initial agreement with us.
  • technical issue or malfunction on our end has prevented you from using or accessing the purchased digital service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The product or service was not delivered within the promised delivery timeframe, and no mutually agreed extension has been established.
  • In cases of accidental duplicate purchases, a refund may be granted for the duplicate transaction.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
  • The digital service or product has been substantially used, downloaded, or integrated, barring cases of service malfunction or technical error demonstrably on our side.
  • Project work is completed and delivered according to specifications agreed to at project start.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction for reasons not related to technical, delivery, or descriptive deficiency.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email refund@digitalcodepro.com with the following details within 7 days of your purchase:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Order/project details and date of purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Supporting evidence or description of the issue

We address all refund requests within 7 business days of submission. If your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Additional Terms

  • If a partial service has already been rendered before the refund request, only the portion of services not completed or delivered may be eligible for a refund, minus any administrative or service fees.
  • In cases of refund, all rights to use delivered digital products, code, or assets revert to DigitalCodePro and must be deleted/destroyed by the client.
  • Any costs relating to third-party tools or licenses, purchased specifically for your project, are non-refundable.

5. Final Provisions

DigitalCodePro reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions or where misuse of the policy is apparent.
